However, these vegetables can also contain toxins, antinutrians and other bad chemicals that can harm our body. If we don't know any of the vegetables we've bought contains these bad nutrition's, then before you cook,boil them in a big pot or cooker of hot hot hot water to eliminate these bad chemicals.You can also cook them first before adding any gravy or ingredient's.
Having diet and also eating fruits and vegetables can also reduce the risk of heart problems, can also keep your body healthy and also can keep your weight fit so you don't have any weight problems.
